These terms govern the commercial engagements, intellectual property rights, and professional services delivered by Bluejay Branding.
1. Scope of Services & Engagements
Bluejay Branding provides bespoke digital marketing, SEO, paid media execution, branding, packaging design, and custom web development services under formal Statements of Work (SOW) or retainer agreements.
- Deliverables: Detailed in individual project proposals and client service agreements.
- Client Approvals: Work proceeds through formal milestone reviews and sign-offs.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all custom design files, dielines, and codebases transfer to the client.
2. Payment Terms & Commercial Governance
Milestone projects are structured with upfront deposits and stage-wise deliverables. Ongoing retainer services are billed in advance on a monthly billing cycle. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of active media management or hosting.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
